About Aevumex

Why Aevumex exists

Anyone who owns physical gold or silver has two wishes that fight each other: knowing exactly what it is worth, and letting nobody know you have it. Most apps and spreadsheets solve the first and ignore the second. Aevumex was built to do both: the vault is encrypted on your own device with a key only you hold, and prices arrive every minute without our servers ever seeing what you own.

Who is behind it

Aevumex is developed by Glenn van Beekum, founder of Glennski in Leidschendam, the Netherlands, a stacker himself, and built from his own need: an overview of coins and bars that does not end up in a third party's cloud. Glennski is a sole proprietorship; there is no investor, no dealer and no publisher with a stake in what you buy or sell.

What we hold ourselves to

• Zero-knowledge. Portfolio data is encrypted on the device (AES-256); the server keeps only encrypted blobs. We cannot see what anyone owns, even if we wanted to.
• No trading, no advice. Aevumex sells no metal, holds no funds and gives no buy or sell advice. Prices are indicative. The marketplace only puts stackers in touch with each other.
• No ads, no tracking. Not in the app and not on this site. The business model is a subscription (Aevumex Pro) for anyone who wants to track more than five items.
• Honest numbers. Prices come from metals.dev and are stored every minute; conversions use the European Central Bank reference rate. Every page on this site names its source.
